Admission and Registration

Any students wishing to study at Can-Quest are required to take our computerized Placement Test which will assess their skills in listening, speaking, writing, grammar, idioms and vocabulary. The result of the test determines which class is suitable for each student.

You are required to submit the following items:

Original or a photocopy of documents that show your status in Canada.
Application form.
Full payment.

Canadian residents and visitors can complete the online application form and send it to us or just call us to book an interview and a Placement Test.

International Students are required to follow the procedures below.

1. Pre-Register
Complete the application form on line.

2. The "Letter of Offer"
A Letter of Offer will be sent to you with a complete application package for your program of interest. Full payment is due along with the fully completed forms contained in this package.

3. The "Letter of Acceptance"
When the school receives the tuition payment, done by bank transfer, cheque, or credit card, you will then be sent a Letter of Acceptance as confirmation.

4. The Visa Process
International students require a Student Visa (Study Permit) if they plan to stay for more than
6 months. A Student Visa application requires the Letter of Acceptance and receipt of payment from the school. If the visa is refused, Can-Quest Academy will reimburse the full amount of money initially sent to us, minus the registration fee and any reimbursement costs such as money transfer fee or postage.
