Admission and Registration

Any students wishing to study at Can-Quest are required to take our computerized Placement Test which will assess their skills in listening, speaking, writing, grammar, idioms and vocabulary. The result of the test determines which class is suitable for each student.

You are required to submit the following items:

• Original or a photocopy of documents that show your status in Canada.
• Application form.
• Full payment.

Canadian residents and visitors can complete the online application form and send it to us or just call us to book an interview and a Placement Test.

International Students are required to follow the procedures below.

1. Pre-Register
Complete the application form on line.

2. The "Letter of Offer"
Upon receiving the online application, a Letter of Offer will be sent to you explaining the terms and conditions of studying at Can-Quest Academy. You are required to send a $100.00 non-refundable fee to issue the Letter of acceptance and $420.00 deposit which is refundable minus any reimbursement costs such as money transfer fee or postage should you be denied visa, for which written document from the Canadian embassy or the Canada Immigration Office is required.

3. The "Letter of Acceptance"
When the school receives the payments, done by bank transfer, cheque, credit card, or by somebody in person, you will then be sent a Letter of Acceptance as confirmation and to submit to the Canadian embassy. .

4. The Visa Process
International students require a Student Visa (Study Permit) if they plan to stay for more than 6 months. A Student Visa application requires the Letter of Acceptance and receipt of payment from the school among other documents submitted by the applicant.
